Eval - Upgrade to sp3 - now need a license :(

Hi There

Have been using the eval version of NPM 9.1 and hit the y2k9 bug. Several posts suggested downloading SP3. Downloaded and isntalled SP3. Now im being prompted for a license key :(

Any ideas? Really dont want to waste several hours wiping, installing windows, service packing, downloading orion, installing, adding the devices and re-configuring.

Ok - after muttering a few choice words and searching some more I found the link
ftp://ftp.solarwinds.net/Orion/ServicePack/Orion9.1-SP3-Eval.zip
Installed over the top and now I can use it without the license.
However, it has not fixed my original problem which was that Universal poller graphs are not showing (out of range error for the date)
Oh well. Better get those windows 2003 server CD's out and put the coffee on :(

What is the error message you are getting? It sounds like the one we addressed with SP3, please verify you are runing 9.1 SP3

I had the same exact situation.. and I called Solarwinds and they accused me of installing an eval copy multiple times (trying to get longer then 30 days out of it).... Finally got a hold of a sales guy that gave me a new license had to install it again... arg..... to think their pre sales is this bad.
