Adding Nodes to Network Performance Monitor - Problem with Microsoft Firewall

Some of the nodes on my network need to have the Windows Firewall active.

I have added ports 161 & 162 to the Windows Firewall Exceptions List.

With Windows Firewall Active, I am not able to connect to the node ( “Node” is currently down, unreachable, or “Community String”  is not valid SNMP community string ).

With Windows Firewall Inactive, I am able to add the node normally.

If I reactivate Windows Firewall after I add the node in Network Performance Monitor, SNMP statistics are collected normally.  But when I reboot the node the Network Performance Monitor will not reconnect.

I think I need to add other ports to the Windows Firewall Exceptions list, but I don’t know which ports?
