    License Manager not working


      After installing NPM and several plug-ins, I cannot park my licenses with the latest License Manager..

      I get a "cannot communicate over port 80 or there is a connectivity problem.....contact support if this continues.."

      I can surf the web just fine from the server and IPMonitor parked it's license just fine.
      Also, I opened up all IP outbound on our firewall and still see the problem.

      Any tips? I want to park my licenses..
