Error configuring Netflow on cisco 2610XM/7204VXR router

I am in the process of configuring Netflow on some of our Cisco devices but when I try to do it on our Cisco 7204 VXR router ,I get the following Error message ‘ The device you specified does not allow the configuring of netflow support, ports, Ingress and egress interfaces’. This error message pops up as well when I try to configure  some of our Cisco 2610 XM routers, I noticed it happens on the routers with revision number 0x200 (Not sure if it has something to do with it). I have listed below my method of configuration  as well as the version of the routers in question

Configure snmp-server community string to read-write on router

Logged on to server hosting Orion engineer tool set and used Netflow configurator tool to configure netflow using my configured snmp string
