unable to create a custom MIB in iPMonitor

I find that when I go through the SNMP Wizard (using a trial copy of iPMonitor), I can get all the way to the last step, but the "Create" button is not available. Is that by design?

I also have access to a licensed installation and the same thing happened with it. What is going on?

What ipMonitor version to do you see in About dialog? Also, what browser type and version are you using?
