Grouping nodes and led maps not working correctly after upgrade 9.1

After the upgrade to 9.1 nodes of the tree hosts levels of grouping is not showing all and when only a host of a map of the region is down the led this region is in the red instead of yellow like before.

Someone is having the same problem?

I can not submit a ticket, the submit button form the site does not work!

That is by design- see this thread for details-
As for the Support ticket- Netsuite has identified the issue as being related to non-us country codes and are trying to fix this as a top priority. Until then you might select US as a country now regardless of your country when submitting a ticket.
