Taking Ownership of Events

We are currently configuring Orion for our NOC and one of the features they have requested is some way to leave a comment in the Events viewer window beside an event that has been acknowledged eg. the persons name who has acknowledged it or who has taking ownership of the event.

Something like the advanced alert acknowledging feature except you get an option to leave your user I.D or a note containing intructions.

Please consider this as it is this would be a really great feature.
