Another NetFlow Service problem - please help!

Hi All

I am not getting any help from SolarWinds unfortunately, so please would anyone be kind enough to help me out with a NetFlow service problem? I have just downloaded SolarWinds Orion and NetFlow Traffic Analyzer for MSP evaluation.

My NetFlow service will not start. I have tried doing a Repair as someone else in this forum suggested, however no luck. The entry in the Application Event Log says:

"Unable to start listening on congifured port: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted
For more information, see Help and Support Center at ">go.microsoft.com/.../events.asp."

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like you have two services trying to use port 2055. Do you have another NetFlow product running on that machine?
