You can rollback to a pre Service pack By running a repair on your Network Performance Monitor Install.This will return it to the original state
it was installed with .However i would really urge you to open a support ticket Immediately if your having issues like this. They may not be service pack related and we would like to find out what the actual issue is so that if there is a problem we can address is ASAP.

we installed 9.0 on a new machine with new Database the problem is there
Seems something is wrong in code.
FYI...a repair retuns u to 9.0 and no service pack. So if you want to be 9.0 SP1 you'll need to run the SP1 install.
