    Sending files to Solarwinds Support


      when using the SolarwindsDiagnostic.exe util, it builds file names with multiple extensions, thus our email filtering program won't allow these to pass through. it 'thinks' they are hostile content.

      how can i get files to the Support case?

      is there an FTP site to use with my case #?
