Charting filter options in the VoIP Summary View

The ability to filter the charting elements is very useful. For example if the VoIP MOS charts sometimes I would like to NOT display the the sites where the MOS is 4.06 since that is normal and good. As we get more and more sites added, the ability to filter and/or select what is displayed is very useful.
