    Solarwinds Support

      Is it just me or has support at Solarwinds gotten terrible here lately? The last 2 tickets I have opened I have got to say were poorly handled. I have done what Solarwinds recommends which is to go online and submit a ticket, the first I got a response back in about 4 days, The response brought up more questions which I asked by responding to the email. I waited a few days no responce. I call and hold for about 45 minutes then get someone on the phone and we eventually worked through the issue. The latest ticket I went online opened a ticket got the automated email with my ticket in a few minutes. That was the last and only response I have gotten. That was 7 days ago.
