Hi all
I need some help to reconfigure Dashboard view for up/down devices. I took down a server just to test the dashboard view, and the device just disappared in " device availability", "ping" and such. Is there away to configure Dashboard view to show the device is down without disappearing?
Also, we have about 23 servers setup with ipMonitor, but under Dashboard view/ Device Availability it only shows 22 devices and 1 little folder icon with 0 right next to it, if I chance device availability to 24, it would show the last device but the folder icon with 0 is still there, how to remove it?
