I'm looking for some suggestions on how to comprehensively monitor Exchange from ipMonitor 9. I know there's a round trip email monitor and an Exchange Performance Counter monitor. Does the Performance Monitor counter do more than just look at performance monitors? e.g. if I have a store that's offline will that cause the monitor to fail? We also use Outlook Web Access. What are some effective ways that people have found to monitor that aspect of Exchange?
