Is anyone using NTA for a billing solution? We are trying to generate reports on inbound and outbound traffic but are unable to do so. Here's the setup:
interface to internet: a 20m Fast Ethernet and a ds3 serial
all internet traffic enters and leaves by the second ethernet interface on the same router as the internet connections.
the interface is set up as below:
ip accounting output-packets
ip route-cache same-interface
ip route-cache flow
When we generate reports we are only able to see our transmit. when I try to do a receive report it shows the distant ends NOT our receive.
We need to be able to see inbound and outbound by ip address. Can anyone give us some help?
