Outlook calendar publishing to WebDAV

Does anyone know how to publish an outlook calendar to Orion server running WebDAV. I've tried to get it working, but keep getting access denied message in outlook when I try to publish the calendar. I've followed the instructions here, but still no luck:

    You using outlook 2007 ?

    I had no problem using outlook 2007 and publishing to Webdav server.

    Server location http://FQDN/dav

    So i right clicked on the calendar, select "Publish to Internet" then I selected webdav, set it up. pointed it to the server asked for authentication. Added user ID and password and it published just fine.

    No outlook client before 2007 could do this that I am aware of.

    Oh, my Dav server is a OSX server, but I have also done the same on 2003 boxes with out issue.
