I found the answer while I was trying to sort out a different problem.
That's great Jon. Did you modify the password in the Security > Credentials Manager to affect the credential(s) for all assigned monitors?
Any chance you could let me know what the answer is? That would be awesome!
I am guessing that you are looking for an easy way to change the Credential assigned to multiple Monitors. In order to accomplish this, simply go to the Configuration tab, click "Credential List" and click the Credential you wish to use. From here, under the "Monitors using this Credential for monitoring" section, click "Add Monitors" and add the Monitors you wish to assign this Credential to. Click Ok.
At this point, the Monitors will now use the new Credential instead of the old one.
