    Engineer's Toolset v9.x problems

      After installing and activating.

      I try to manage the shared credentials database…I get error “The application has encountered a critical error and must close. Please restart the LaunchPad”I cannot run Network Performance Monitor…will not add nodes.I cannot access settings in IP Network Browser…does nothing. 

      Try to access Shared Credentials in IPBN and get Run-Time error ‘-2147024894 (80070002).

      Cannot install hotfix2 ...Error: -1612
