Forced Polling on Non Up/Up Interfaces

This may have been brought up before, but we have another vendor that has made interfaces that are passing traffic something other than up/up.

Here is a quote from Juniper: If the interface don't have any IP address assignement the admin status will be reported as down and the operatrional status of the interface, which has the physical status UP will be "testing"  what you have seen in your setup is expected behaviour

So lets have the option in System Manager/Interface Details  to force an interface to be polled and graphed if that interface is anything other than up/up, perhaps a nice check box.

We have to monitor all our up/down and now down/testing interfaces with MRTG. Its not a huge problem but it is a shame Soalrwinds can't be forced to do this.
