Please add the applications (with versions) & SP numbers of what we have running somewhere so we can easily check to see if we what version we are running. The polling engines page has the Orion version but it doesn't list the SP's installed to Orion nor the verssions of the add-ons like NTA and VoIP loaded to the particular engines.

Bump...I see increasing # of threads of customers asking how to tell what service packs they have installed. I'm hoping this is an easing thing to do. I would suggest on the polling engine page you put the service pack, add-ons and add-on service packs list under each polling engine.

You added that for the main Orion version and SP. You still need a location to put the Add-on versions and their SPs. I think this all can be added to the polling engine page.

Ok.. I am a little early but hey.. whatever..
Just a friendly checkup just about a year to the day. Has there been any progress on this? This has always been needed.
On a side note. It would also be helpful if you posted the release date next to the patches available for download. In the short term this may be very helpful since most people do updates on a schedule and you would know if patches were released since your last update.

We are working on it. We have an idea of how to do it technically, but it's something that has to be implemented in NPM and in all the modules, so it's non-trivial from a coordination point of view. So progress is being made.

Hi all,
Wondering if there's a status update on this; we're finding it's getting difficult to keep track of all the versions of all the compenents along with their individual service packs and hotfixes etc.
Reporting all this info in one location is a start. Ideally an update manager similiar to Symantec's "LiveUpdate" or Microsoft's Update system, that would check for available updates based on what you have installed and allow you to pull them down, would be great.

Hi Brandon,
I had not seen that, very helpful - thanks for passing that along.
It doesn't seem to report the hotfix level, but it does show the service pack which is good.
With many systems to maintain and few resources to do it, every little bit helps.
