I am new to ipMonitor and as such have had a few questions I needed answering. I have looked at https://support.ipmonitor.com/ and to get support you are informed to send an Email to support@ipmonitor.com however, after looking through a post on this forum, it now appears to be that you submit a support ticket at www.solarwinds.com/.../ticket.
Firstly, is this correct and secondly should the ipMonitor website be updated with this information?
