If you are trying to install NTA, and run into the following, please contact support and they will walk you through a fix.
1. install is successful
2. configuration wizard launches, but then seems to disappear
3. the configuration wizard process remains in task manager for a while and then ends
The problem here is that the user account that is executing the installation and configuration wizard belongs to more than 20 Active Directory groups.
If you run into this, please open a Support ticket for help resolving this problem.
