Hello All,
I've written a SWQL query to pull certain customer alerts in a report - we use acknowledgement notes for incident (ticket) references and i need to have the ability to pull the last acknowledgement note from the currently active alert.
I know that there was previously a function to do this with SWQL "AcknowledgedNote" found on the SWQL SDK Github - but just wondering if there's another way i can do this?
