Hi Community,
we updated in NCM the config comparison criteria in order to compare the startup configs and the running configs, after adding a new criteria this did not reflect in the report that is shown as pie-chart on the NCM start page. Nodes were still marked with "conflict". When we compared the configs in the Node Details web page we did not see any highlited lines.
I noticed that we have to pull a new config of the device in order to update the Report.
However I did not find any clue in the documentation where this is clearly stated.
Can anyone confirm this? Maybe there is another way to update this Report.
We only want to pull a config when it is changed on the device.
