Refresh Rate for individual users

I have a question about the page refresh rate. Currently it is set at 1 minute globally. Can this page refresh rate be set per user.

We have a NOC monitoring our network and the refresh rate set at 1 minute is perfect for them so they don't miss any alerts.

However, our Engineering team does interface troubleshooting all the time and we don't really need the page to refresh every minute

to interrupt our troubleshooting efforts. Is there a known fix for this?

Not that I'm aware of. That would be a great feature request to submit.
