Yup, but i wanted to avoid incase anyone has faced it earlier.
And guess what, .NET 3.5 was the issue... Below link had some reference but will still check with support and get it validated...
So in summary, .NET 3.5 is required for the WinPcap installer?
not sure.. but looks like .NET 3.5 is must even though u have 4.8 which is the pre requsite for latest releases..
someone may throw more light into this....
