Request User "Log on" on Solarwinds Agent

Hi every body, now I am used Solarwinds Agent for monitor the Windows Server and when I install finish. I see user for Log on in Agent Service is Local System Account like picture

I want to ask, whether I can change "Local System Account" to other user?

And If I change user, user need permission on server to Agent normal operation?
