Thanks for the suggestion. IPv6 is already disabled on both the main orion server and the addtional polling engines, but the problem still exists.

There's a number of things that could cause SWIS to have a problem. My advice would be:
- Collect diagnostics from the APE having an issue. If you haven't done it before, this Success Center article explains the process.
- Log a support ticket via your Customer Portal. If the support rep requests logs, you've already got them (you could pre-upload them once you have the ticket ID, but I'd hold on to them until they are formally requested).
- While waiting for support to get working on your ticket, take a look at this SWIS troubleshooting article on the Success Center
Between support and that article, I'm sure you'll get it sorted! Please share the end result with this thread, it will help fellow Thwack denizens fix a similar problem, should they be unfortunate enough to encounter it!
As far as I can tell, these messages are not affecting the functioning of Orion, and I don't have a day or 3 to invest in working with support. IPv6 has always been disabled on this server. I will ignore the error.
