Getting error using LEM Reports

I have reinstalled as admin a few times. I get an error of:

Exception EOIeSysError in module SWLEMReports.exe at 000B2DA5. Class not registered.

Help?

I have a client that's getting a related error, even when reports aren't running. I have attached it. He did both installs as admin, and also launches the report program as admin. He is running Windows 8.1. Please let me know what you think.

This is the exact same error I am getting. It seems to happen overnight, and the reports application isn't even opened. I'm running Windows 7 Professional. I installed everything as admin, and always run as admin. Any more ideas on this?

Do reports work fine when you run them on your own?

I do have reports scheduled. I don't get error when I run reports. It just errors out overnight.

Speaking of having reports scheduled, where can I find a list of my scheduled reports? I have looked in Task Scheduler, but they aren't in there.

Are all of your scheduled reports completing each day? My guess is that one of your scheduled reports is failing, or not finishing, or something is happening at the end of scheduled reports.

The easiest place to get to scheduled reports is from within the reports console itself. They are scheduled using the old task scheduler API, so I don't think they appear in the new task manager anymore (Windows 8: Bring Back the Old Windows 7 Style Task Manager might work).

If you can get to the scheduled task from the reports console or from the task scheduler, you can try adding the /L flag to reports to make it log - then check out the SWLEMReports.log in the reports directory to see if there's any insight there. (You can try using /L manually to see what it does.)

Yes, they have been running and saving correctly. However, we made some changes to our network share setup, which made them not save to the correct location, so I need to change the settings of where the scheduled reports save, but can't get to the list of what I have scheduled anywhere......

Any luck on the random error?

I haven't had the chance to try the fix that was provided by support. They suggested my user profile may be corrupt, but this is the only app that I am having trouble with. I haven't had the chance to create new user profile and delete the supposed "corrupt" profile.
