Vcenter goes into unknown state post successful testing.

I have a VM environment were 10 out of 11 nodes has been added without issues, where one particular node is testing successful but goes into unknown state post adding it. I tried adding again but no luck,. Any help will be appreciated. I have opened a support case but still didn't got a solution

I've found it's not uncommon for me to have to increase the polling timeouts for vcenter servers, if the poll attempts time out you usually see them turn grey/ unknown. I am on my phone right now and…

I've found it's not uncommon for me to have to increase the polling timeouts for vcenter servers, if the poll attempts time out you usually see them turn grey/ unknown. I am on my phone right now and don't have the docs in front of me but I think you can increase the timeout value from the virtualization settings page, if not there then it might be under the hidden advanced config
