We need to plot interfaces with minimum time interval (like 1 sec or so), so we can measure Packet loss on it?

You can go to Edit Interface page from the Interface details and change the settings only for one particular interface or you can select interfaces on the Node management and change it at once. Screenshots… -
Minimal poll interval for interfaces is 1 minute so currently it's not possible to see real time values in NPM. However there's Real-Time Interface Monitor in the Engineer's Toolset or FREE Realtime Bandwidth…
