I am investigating some config backup failures. So in my DEV environment, I have recreated the node and added it to NCM. When I try to download the configuration in NCM, I get the error "Connectivity issues, discarding configuration (or configuration is too short)".
Next I try using the "Fix connection in Device Template" link, Device Access test is successful but download test fails with same error highlighted above. I tried adjusting the "Config Min Length" and validating the archive path but get the "invalid config archive directory" (please see attached). Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
