New Recorder Fails During Verifying Step

We recently upgraded to the latest version of WPM and are having some issues. We can record a transaction using drop downs, verifications etc. with no problem. But when I set it up as a monitored transaction it fails on the verification step. It doesn't matter if it is text or image it always fails.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have very similar issue, I see the short coming from 2019.4.
New Chromium version does not record anything with drop down/new tab or even dialog box.
New Deprecated WPM recorder records some reference object information which cannot be handled by Orion server.
I hope support can fix this issues.

I believe what you are experiencing there is related to a known issue that we are currently working on and hope to have a fix for soon. If you have not done so already, please open a ticket so we can verify that is the case and associate your case with the work being done to address the issue.

Thanks for the response. I have a case open, #00435323 and am working with support now.
I am successfully getting the dropdowns to play back but any verification is failing.
