SSH and unable to download configuration file.

Dear folks,

When I try to ssh a device and down the configuration file am getting an error. Below I'm adding the error am getting.

When I try to access SSH : Orion website is unable to create a SSH session.

When I try to download the configuration file : Unable to connect to polling engine XXX on the relevant server. Verify that NCM 7.7 or later is installed on the server.

Hi, Issue has been resolved. Issue was with the polling engine. When I did migration and upgrade polling engine was removed from the list. So I manually add the polling engine to all the nodes.

How did you try to download ?
Did you test it in the connection tester from the exact poller .?

Is this for NCM (Network Configuration Manager) or SCM (Server Configuration Monitor)?
Are you trying to download a network config from a switch, router or firewall, or a configuration of a server or application?
