NPM 11.5.2 / SAM 6.2.1 w3wp.exe continuous crashing

Upgraded 3 separate Server 2008 R2 NPM/SAM environments to 11.5.2/6.2.1. All 3 environments are hardly usable now, due to continuous w3wp.exe crashing (can't even get through adding a single Windows node now). Have already rebuilt IIS resources by letting configuration wizard recreate with no luck. Will update if workaround is found. FYI to the folks considering upgrading. Ticket#815879.

I have the same issue here... W3WP is crashing about 2-3 times an hour...
Any update or lead would be appreciated. SW support staff are not in a hurry to call me back
