Tickets that Lack a Response

Hello everyone,

I wanted to create an advanced search that would locate any ticket that is new and has not received a response from a tech yet.  My goal was to save that search and use it as a query for a dashboard widget.

I know that a search can be initiated and I can hunt for the "blue dot" in the ticket column labeled "."

After submitting a help desk ticket, I was told by support that such a feature does not exist and they would submit a feature request.

Have any of you found a work-around for what I am attempting to do?  I found it very surprising this capability didn't exist in some manner.
