Two "Cluster Details" views?

I'm in the early process of standing up an Orion instance, and as part of that process I'm comparing the customizations my network team did to their Orion environment versus a clean Lab install.

In the process, I noticed that I have two "Cluster Details" views.

One of them, which is in the old environment and the lab environment, has tabs for Summary, Storage, and Map. The other, which is only in the lab environment, has Summary, Block Storage, File Storage, Hardware Health, and Map.

The old environment doesn't have SRM installed, while the new one does.

Is there a reason for this? I suspect the simpler view is a legacy item if you don't have SRM installed, but I can't tell which view would be used if we were to look at our storage resources. There's no view limitations anywhere.
