    Email Notification was disabled when clients respond to tickets through email and the clients reply via emails is not showing in the tickets

      We used to have email notification to Techs when clients reply through emails. This notification was disabled and we couldn't find the setting to change it back. Also, the clients reply through emails is not showing in the tickets note either. How can we change it back? Can anyone help us? Thank you.
