Orion NCM 7.0.1 Scheduled Jobs Error

Dear All,

Since last week, I have error message when I want run "Scheduled Jobs" in Orion NCM version 7.0.1

The error message is :

ConfigMgmtEngine8

You must be logged in to Windows using an account with administrator rights in order to view and modify scheduled jobs

I have admin right on this server, the server is Windows 2008 R2 SP2 version
