Alert on Static IP Set in DHCP Scope not assigned by DHCP Server

I've been tasked with setting up an Alert to alert on an item being placed into the DHCP Scope with a Static IP address causing IP Conflicts. I found in the past that there was the option of using the IPAM Nodes table for advanced alerting but that seems to be depreciated now. Address Status

I don't have any active conflicts to check against in my lab right now, but this logic should be a place to start
You might end up needing to filter down the conflict message to get the specific type of issue you described, but this logic should cover all types of conflicts easily enough to start.

That would work if there was already an exiting conflict. The end goal is to get an alert or a report generated whenever IPAM detects an IP address that is in use in the DHCP scope range that is not listed on the DHCP Server itself.

From poking around I think you might be able to get this by looking for addresses that are used, but have a blank value for their dhcp lease expiration?
