We have schedule job for device backup, since last 15 days its not running. But when we run it manually it start. I have created new job also for device backup it was also not responding.
Please can anyone help me know the issue why schedule job is not running.

I have the same issue and have been working with support for over a week now.
No joy as yet.
None of my scheduled jobs are running. It all seems to have gone south after applying HotFix2.
