Not sure if this is intended behavior.
I created a handful of bulk actions in WHD that will: 1.reassign tickets to a new tech, 2. append a note, and 3. change the status.
Prior to sending the ticket, I always make sure to attach a document to the ticket.
All works as expected, except I've been getting notes back about the missing attachment.
It looks like the bulk action is removing the attachment prior to reassigning. I believe this is technically by design because the bulk action template has the attachment field as "empty".
What I would prefer is that WHD ignores the attachment field unless specified.
Is there any way around this? I have 6 bulk actions set up currently that are affected by this issue. They are an excellent boost to my efficiency, but they need to work!
