VOIP Summary Problem

We are currently trying the VOIP tool for the 30 day trial. I have setup a couple of our routers so they can be monitored with IP SLA. We see a very strange result though. All traffic from our Wausau location is showing 0% packet loss while traffic from remote sites to the Wausau location show ~60% packet loss.

Any ideas why this would be happening?
