VOIP Summary Problem

We are currently trying the VOIP tool for the 30 day trial. I have setup a couple of our routers so they can be monitored with IP SLA. We see a very strange result though. All traffic from our Wausau location is showing 0% packet loss while traffic from remote sites to the Wausau location show ~60% packet loss.

Any ideas why this would be happening?

Can you run the following command on your Grafton device
sho ip sla statistics
it should show you some stats for the configured tests. Is it reporting the same?

We found the problem... apparently the device was setup in Orion to use SNMP V1. As soon as we changed it to SNMP V2 it started working correctly.
