Need configuration help

We are the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles. We have NTA and NPM installed but Solarwinds support said nothing is being sent from our devices to Netflow Sources. I am looking for someone to help us get this fixed. We are non-profit and have very limited funds.

I am hoping someone is willing to help us without a huge fee.
