The reports are collections of policies and rules and here are some steps to find that.
All the items with the rulers icon (in red box) contain the content being evaluated. The Policies in the blue box are a group/roll up of the rules based.
To drill into the rules you would need to navigate to the policy reports page and then click on Manage Policy Reports.
Once you are on the other page, you can click on Manage Rules. There you will be able to select any rule that you are interested in.
Inside each of the rules are the name, description, and the specific criteria that the rule is being evaluated on.
