Who uses WHD for software asset management?

Just wondering if anyone uses Web Help Desk's asset management to inventory software. I'm curious what fields you use or if you define custom asset fields.

Hi garciann,
Most users that actively use asset management within Web Help Desk will have custom fields with some form of synchronisation or import of data with an asset management tool.
