Error 1300 when trying to Shutdown/Restart Client

Hi,

I'm using DRS 12.1.0.34.  The account I'm using is in a AD group that's in the client's Local Administrator group.  When I try to restart this client, I get attached error message.  The client is running Windows 10 Enterprise build 1709.
