IPAM DHCP Server add error

Hello guys

I have Mikrotik 750Gr3 and it has DHCP role on my network. I wanna add it in IPAM but when I enter credential info this error will appear: "Session has expired press OK to continue" .

I should mention that this device is added before on NPM and the same credential was worked but now is not working and gives me an error.
