Recently upgraded to the latest version of NPM and a few other products.
On the server we use we have the engineers toolkit (latest version) which was working fine before the upgrade.
Since the upgrade continue to get "You cannot run this application with your current license"
If i try to enter the license information using the shortcut in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\SolarWinds Engineer's Toolset\Utilities i get "Activation wizard can not continue because current user does not have enough privileges to activate a license" followed by a Microsoft .NET Framework error
