LEM 6.6 Not Starting part 2

I found a great article on the web after my my 6.6 did the exact same thing as this guys which is to not start with the same error.

LEM Install on Server 2016 Help <--------

Did this ever get solved? I like most likely the guy in the article, are looking to either get this fixed or move to a LEM that actually is supported.
